Meet Taeya
As a local to the Pacific Northwest, Taeya knows the area extensively and has lived in most of the various cities in King County. From Woodinville to Bellevue, through the Sammamish Plateau and North Bend and over to Seattle—she really has experienced so many communities firsthand. If you asked her to name a favorite, she couldn't tell you: each city and micro-community has its own flavor. Her unique ability to relate firsthand to so many communities allows her to market and position a specific home to its buyer. On the flip side, if you're buying, Taeya is happy to show you some of her favorite local spots in the area! She truly enjoys connecting with clients and treats every transaction with the utmost care, research, and negotiation.
Taeya attended college at California State University, Fresno, where she earned accolades in athletics and academics. She finished college early with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Her marketing degree gives her the edge on current trends to push inventory out and target your best buyer. Taeya strongly believes that capturing the essence of a property and propelling it through strong advertising, an AI-supported online presence, and quality print materials is what puts her listings in front of today's buyers.
Taeya currently resides in West Seattle with her husband, Daniel, her daughter, Parker Rue, and two dogs. She loves West Seattle for the proximity to the water, culture, and local eateries. Taeya grew up on acreage in Woodinville with horses and has been showing at the world level since she was 10 years old. Today, she is still involved in the equine world and seeks to inspire young women looking to enter NCAA athletics. Her equestrian connections and knowledge make her an ideal equine and acreage agent partner to market your facility correctly or help you find the perfect farm!
